Handiwork for hibernating hands #Review

I've been preoccupied with real-life rather than online-life lately. Summer's slipped right by me and now we're headed into autumn! These $18.79CAD classic striped mittens with string from TillyandLola Etsy shop arrived from the UK just in time as the chill is starting to set in.
Handmade in luxurious cashmerino wool, these thumbless mittens are going to be soft snug winter-wear companions. Coral and charcoal grey colors contrast pleasingly, making the beautifully knitted stitches truly stand out.
The sturdy string strives to keep your child's fancy mittens from getting lost. Put on one mitten, route the other with the string up the coat sleeve, across the back, and down the other sleeve to reach the other hand!

I'm not about to turn Big Bang T.O.P. Instagram weird
but yes this is another chair post.
$499 EQ3 James rocker. Pictured here in yellow, but mine is actually custom upholstered in a retro print textile that's perfect for the nursery! There's an excellent review of it done: http://pinspiredcreations.ca/2012/10/the-hunt-perfect-nursery-chair.html

On the move #Review

Moving out of an apartment in the city to an older home in the mountain-side suburbs means everyone getting accustomed to draftier conditions.
In a timely collaborative effort, I received sophiezhappy Etsy store's best-seller silvery grey wool blend children's infinity scarf:
as well as this one in a WestCoast mix of brown, green and blue:
Sophie created this crochet pattern for her daughter. She designed the cowl in such a way that it is not cumbersome during play and cannot be easily pulled off. Priced at $18.00CAD, these twice wrapped comfortable circle scarves are made to order for each client as "mini couture crochet".

Mellow yellow #Review

Lately I've been seeking out products from other stylish mothers. With the numerous baby things available, statement choices are key for a modern mom.
Gender-neutral baby colors have progressed a long way from cringe-inducing to cool.
This brown woodland sketch print with white minky chenille backing baby bib from Etsy store knitwhitscouture gives off a good vibe. At $10.50CAD, this an excellent quality bib that is well-priced to be well-cherished.
Bonus points to being a fellow Canadian, within country shipping generates less greenhouse gas emissions. It is always a good deed to buy from a local entrepreneur!
